PRAISE AND VICTORY
EPISODE  TWO(2)

Scene 1

                   (Victory gets home and greets his parent as he goes into his room)
VICTORY: Hello dad and mom.
LINDA: Hello sweetheart. Hope you enjoyed yourself?
FRANK: Sure, he would have (He winks his eyes at Victory and Linda taps him with a                         smile).
VICTORY: C’mon on dad.
FRANK: Oh! Did I say anything? (He chuckles).
LINDA: Don’t mind your dad, will you like to join us on the table?
FRANK: Oh! You think so?
LINDA: Frank!
VICTORY: Oh! Mom, am okay.
FRANK: Hmm hmm!
VICTORY: And by the way, where is Sam (His younger brother).
LINDA: He’s asleep dear. And I really think you need to freshen up too and get some                             rest.
FRANK: Oh yeah! That is necessary.
VICTORY: Hmm! (Looking at his father). Alright good night. (Heading to his room                                       smiling).
LINDA: Yes dear. Don’t forget to freshen up!


Scene 2
(Victory opens his door and jump on his bed)
VICTORY: Tired!
(He enters his bathroom to freshen up and coming out his phone starts beeping).
VICTORY: Hello Dan.
DAN: Hi!
VICTORY: You didn’t come for Praise’ birthday. Hope you are fine?
DAN: Yeah man. Sorry about that.
VICTORY: Not to me but Praise.
DAN: Alright. How was it?
VICTORY: It was great. You missed man.
DAN: She didn’t notice anything before then?
VICTORY: Yeah! And that makes it more fun. (They both laugh).
DAN: Alright man. Let me allow you to rest now.
VICTORY: Oh! Yeah, I need it.
DAN: So, good night man.
VICTORY: Good night.
(He hangs up the call and gets in bed).

Scene 3
(It is a Saturday morning, Victory’s alarm wakes him up, he reaches to the alarm to shut it up as he wakes up, he then proceed to kitchen where he meets his parent and Sam, his dad is about to leave for work and his mom preparing breakfast for him).
VICTORY: Good morning parent, Sam.
SAM: Hmm hmm. (He has something in his mouth eating).
FRANK&LINDA: Good morning son.
(Victory sits to take his breakfast too).
VICTORY: Dad, are you going to work today?
FRANK: As you can see son, am on my way already.
(Frank quickly finished his breakfast, kisses his wife bye and says bye to his kids)
SAM: yes dad, bye.
LINDA: Guys, I will be going out soon. And I don’t want to meet this place scattered when I                   come back, okay?
VICTORY: it’s Sam that need that sermon mom, you know me.
SAM: Hmm! The cleanest guy, hmm! Don’t worry mom we will.
VICTORY: Hmm! We will? Are you kidding me?
LINDA: Victory c’mon.
VICTORY: Oh! Yes mom. Just joking (They all smile, and Linda walks out of the kitchen to                         get ready for her outing).

Though not all are substantial which could at times bring disappointment or sadness due to the investment of trust vested in the person making the promise.
